・Can I customize my snack box based on dietary restrictions or

While we understand the importance of catering to individual dietary needs and preferences, our current model does not allow for the customization of individual boxes. This approach helps us maintain economical prices and ensures that all our subscribers can enjoy an array of Japanese snacks at an affordable cost.
We take great care in curating a diverse selection of snacks for each box, aiming to include a wide range of products in every shipment. This variety ensures that there’s something for everyone to enjoy, from sweet and savory to unique and traditional Japanese treats.
We strongly advise our customers to review the product information provided with each snack for potential allergens and ingredients. This is especially important for those with specific dietary restrictions or allergies. We strive to ensure transparency about the contents of our boxes so you can make informed decisions about what is safe and suitable for you to enjoy.

・What do I do if my box is lost or damaged during shipping?

  • A clear description of the issue (lost or damaged items)

・Where do you source your products from?

Our snacks are carefully selected from across the diverse regions of Japan, known for their rich and varied culinary traditions. However, we place a special emphasis on sourcing a significant portion of our products from the Tokai region. This region is renowned for its exceptional food quality and unique snack offerings, reflecting a rich heritage of culinary excellence.
By featuring snacks from the Tokai region in each of our boxes, we aim to introduce our subscribers to the distinctive flavors and high-quality products that this area is celebrated for. We believe that including these carefully chosen items provides a more authentic and enriching experience of Japanese snack culture.
In addition to our focus on the Tokai region, we also explore other areas of Japan to bring a diverse and exciting selection of snacks to your doorstep. This approach allows us to offer a well-rounded experience, showcasing the wide array of flavors and snack varieties that Japan has to offer.

・How long does shipping generally take?

To maintain affordable shipping costs and by extension, keep our prices economical for you, we use boat and ground shipping for our deliveries. This means the first box you receive might take a bit longer to arrive, generally between 2 to 3 months after shipment. However, after the initial box, your subscription will settle into a regular monthly delivery cycle.
Please note that exact delivery dates can vary each month due to the complexities of shipping logistics. We appreciate your patience and understanding as we strive to bring you a curated selection of Japanese snacks at the best possible value.

・What type of shipment do you propose?

We exclusively offer surface shipment for all our products. However, we provide two options for shipping – one with tracking and one without tracking.
If you choose the “with tracking” option, we will send to your e-mail adress the tracking number of your box(es).
If you choose the “without tracking” option and unfortunately your box gets lost during transit, please note that we will not be able to provide a refund or replacement for the lost item.
